Responding to popular demand generated by three previous, sold out one-day sessions, CFA Society Indonesia, in collaboration with Mink Learning, offered its first-ever two-day Private Equity Bootcamp in Jakarta on November 8th and 9th, 2024. The expanded format allowed for an even more hands-on approach, packed with practical exercises and dynamic group discussions designed for deep learning.
Key modules and learning points covered over the two days included:
- The current global trends in the private equity and venture capital industry
- The process of negotiating and structuring a private equity deal
- A deep dive into the due diligence process when directly investing in a private company
Based on the positive feedback received from this successful two-day event, the organizers are already looking forward to returning to Indonesia in November 2025.
